Did you know? A survey conducted states that 4 out of 10 employees find their jobs very or even extremely stressful. High-stress jobs are 3 times more likely to cause stress-related medical conditions and people are 2 times more likely to quit.

So how do you know if you or your parents are facing high-level of stress? Just check for the following symptoms!
